Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique solide à base de cholestyramine anhydre. La composition comprend de la cholestyramine anhydre, 0,6 à 1,7 partie en poids (par partie en poids de cholestyramine) d'acide alginique/alginate de sodium à faible viscosité (dont 0 à 75 % des groupes acides sont neutralisés), 0,1 à 0,3 partie en poids (par partie en poids d'alginate de sodium) d'acide citrique et assez de carbonate ou bicarbonate de sodium ou de leurs mélanges pour neutraliser les groupes acides des acides alginique et citrique. Les compositions de poudre à ingérer peuvent servir à traiter les états associés à un reflux duodéno-gastrique de la bile dans l'estomac.
