Abstract

L'invention concerne la préparation d'objets frittés à partir de fibres de bore. Elle se rapporte à un objet à base de fibres de nitrure de bore et à son procédé de réalisation, comprenant le mélange d'oxyde de bore et de fibres d'oxyde de bore partiellement nitruré ou de nitrure de bore, le chauffage du mélange dans un gaz inerte, à une température qui dépasse la température de fusion de l'oxyde de bore, et la nitruration de l'objet obtenu dans l'ammoniac. Application à la préparation d'éléments diélectriques pour radars.
