Abstract

Le porte-bobine est du type suspendu à rotation comportant un corps en forme de broche qui peut être introduit dans l'extrémité ouverte d'une bobine et un mécanisme de retenue et de libération destiné à retenir la bobine ainsi engagée sur le corps. Ce porte-bobine comporte un frein comprenant un dispositif 7, 8 propre à exercer mécaniquement, sur le corps 1, une force de freinage qui n'est pas affectée par le poids ou par la dimension de la bobine retenue sur le corps et, près du dispositif de freinage 7, 8, un dispositif d'étanchéité 5 qui tourne avec le corps et qui sert à assurer l'étanchéité d'un roulement prévu entre un élément 3 supportant le corps 1 à rotation et le corps 1 proprement dit, le dispositif de freinage 7, 8 et le dispositif d'étanchéité étant logés dans un chapeau de coiffage 6.
