Abstract

The support clip is formed of sheet metal and has a U-shaped body with two staggered teeth forming a slot. The slot is wide enough to accept the thickness of a metal support bracket and the edge of a shelf. A lower slot forms a seating for the clip which is passed through an aperture in the metal support post. The upper slot may be wide enough to receive the edges of two shelves, one on each side of the metal post.
