Abstract

Indicateur optique à segments numériques comportant un arrangement de conducteurs de lumière constitué de plaques élémentaires avec des sorties de lumière formant des segments, et un arrangement de source lumineuse pour irradier sélectivement dans les plaques élémentaires la lumière qui se propage dans leur plan. A au moins un segment est associée une plaque photoconductrice propre de laquelle la lumière utile ne sort que dans la zone du ou des segments sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de la plaque, et les plaques de tous les segments formant l'indicateur numérique - le cas échéant à plusieurs positions - sont empilées parallèlement aux plans des plaques. Application à l'affichage, par exemple pour une balance individuelle.
