Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un ensemble de réactifs pour la mise en évidence et l'évaluation de la lipoprotéine X. Pour effectuer la détermination de la LP-X dans le sérum, on élimine au départ l'apolipoprotéine B gênante selon des procédés connus en soi, puis on ajoute des substances réduisant solubilité des lipoprotéines pour obtenir une suspension de LP-X que l'on évalue selon des procédés visuels ou photo-optiques. L'invention s'applique en particulier à une détermination simple, rapide, fiable et peu coûteuse de la LP-X sérique.
