Peseuse volumétrique pour pâte à pains. Cet appareil comporte une trémie 5 fermée par un boisseau 1, traversé par un cylindre doseur 3 dans lequel un piston est actionné, d'une part, par un levier 8 solidaire d'une bielle 10 et, d'autre part, par une rampe came 12 durant la rotation du boisseau; le réglage de la course du levier 8, conjointement à celui de la position de la rampe 12, permet de déterminer la dose de pâte à mesurer.
