Abstract

L'invention concerne l'industrie des polymères. Des émulsions de terpolymères (1) d'un acide carboxylique alpha, bêta-éthylénique, 2 d'un ester alkylique d'un tel acide et 3 d'un amide d'un tel acide ou du styrène ou de ses dérivés, constituent des agents épaississants particulièrement actifs pour les latex de butadiène-styrène. On peut aussi appliquer les émulsions de terpolymères pour l'épaississement de produits cosmétiques, de détergents et de produits de nettoyage.
