Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un titanate d'au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe formé par le zinc et les métaux alcalino-terreux. Ce procédé consiste à ajouter simultanément une solution d'un sel desdits éléments et une solution d'alcali à une suspension de TiO2 à un pH esssentiellement constant, supérieur à 8 environ, pour former ainsi un précipité contenant TiO2 et l'hydroxyde dudit élément, à filtrer ladite suspension pour récupérer les solides, et à calciner les solides à une température supérieure à environ 500 degrés C pour obtenir ainsi le titanate. Filtration aisée.
