Abstract

An alarm system detects various undesirable signals and performs an operational sequence which includes memorising information. An audible and visual check of the presence of a fault can be verified. An electronic circuit receives input voltages from fault indicators via diodes. When a control current is signalled the circuit generates an intermittent audible alarm and flashing light. A push button cuts off the sound and causes the lamp to light continuously. Signal voltages from other lamps have inputs via second diode circuit card while a number of principal fault circuits are applied via a third circuit card which provides a memory.
