Abstract
L'invention concerne une nouvelle composition catalytique améliorée pour la polymérisation des alpha-oléfines. La composition de l'invention est constituée d'un di- ou trihalogénure métallique d'aluminium, de gallium ou d'indium et d'un composé diorgano-magnésien en combinaison avec un composé de métal de transition des groupes IV B à VIII. L'invention concerne en particulier une composition catalytique ayant une activité de polymérisation accrue, permettant d'obtenir des polymères ayant un degré élevé de stéréo-spécificité isotactique.
