Abstract

L'invention est relative à un procédé de conditionnement sous vide dans des emballages souples de préparations liquides ou matières à faible texture cuites, crues ou en leur état naturel. Le procédé objet de l'invention consiste à solidifier par congélation ou surgélation les préparations liquides ou les matières à faible texture avant ou après leur introduction dans les emballages souples, avant l'établissement du vide et scellement dudit emballage.
