Abstract

Méthode de fabrication d'un moteur miniature en matière plastique caractérisée en ce que, lors du moulage d'un carter ou d'un support d'extrémité en matière plastique thermodurcissable qui est un élément placé autour d'un stator du moteur miniature, la pression injectée dans le moule est abaissée par rapport à la pression interne de la matière plastique du moule et immédiatement avant la fin du remplissage de la matière plastique dans ledit moule. Plus particulièrement la pression injectée de la matière plastique dans le moule est transformée en deux étapes d'abord une pression élevée (à peu près 80 kg/cm**2) et ensuite une pression basse (à peu près 20 kg/cm**2).
