Abstract

The serving machine has a base (1) which holds two vertical supports (2, 3) fitted with roller bearings. The bearings are mounted on shafts (5, 9). A ring bolted to the shaft end is fitted with a number of bebel gears. The drive is supplied from an external motor driving the shaft through a belt. The wire supply is passed along the outside of the ring and enters it at right angles through the revolving rollers. The ring revoles around the central core held in the jaws (36) and also revolving on the shaft. The served wire is rolled by finishing rollers at the outlet of the machine.
