Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de retrait de l'excès de révélateur liquide d'une surface photoconductrice. Elle se rapporte à un appareil qui comprend un organe mécanique d'arrêt disposé transversalement à la surface photoconductrice, à une distance de celle-ci inférieure à l'épaisseur prédéterminée de la couche de révélateur liquide portée par la surface. Une barrière d'air à basse pression est formée par soufflage d'air par une fente de l'organe d'arrêt si bien que la partie postérieure de cet organe d'arrêt, par rapport à la fente, n'est pas mouillée par le révélateur liquide. Application aux copieurs électrophotographiques.
