Abstract

Palette-patin de levage propre à être utilisé dans la manutention de produits gerbés comprenant une partie de corps principal en carton. La partie de corps principal en carton est faite d'un matériau fibreux définissant un sens machine et un sens travers. Une bande de renforcement, avantageusement en papier kraft, est fixée par adhérence sur au moins une partie de la partie de corps principal et la bande de renforcement est adjacente à au moins un bord de ladite partie de corps principal, ladite bande de renforcement étant sensiblement parallèle au sens machine. Une telle palette est d'un coût analogue à celui des palettes de même type connues, tout en étant plus résistante étant donné que les bandes de renforcement peuvent être apportées au cours de la fabrication même de la palette, sans opération complémentaire ou distincte.
