Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine de production de corps de boîtes à fond fermé, équipée d'un mécanisme à poinçon et extracteur. La machine comporte un corps de poinçon et un extracteur effectuant simultanement un mouvement d'avance pour réaliser un corps de boîte à partir d'une ébauche, le corps de poinçon effectuant un mouvement en sens contraire indépendamment de l'extracteur qui est immobilisé et éjecte le corps de boîte. Le corps du poinçon présente un orifice 130 communiquant avec une chambre 131 pour transmettre le fluide sous pression contenu dans cette chambre à l'intérieur du corps du poinçon à la fin de la course d'avance du poinçon. Application à la production de corps de boîtes telles que des boîtes de conserve.
