Abstract

Les fûts des plongeurs d'une boudineuse doseuse volumétrique sont munis de dispositifs d'étanchéité de plongeurs servant à empêcher toute fuite du produit soumis au boudinage. Les plongeurs sont animés d'un mouvement de translation à va-et-vient en substance rectiligne pour éviter de soumettre les dispositifs d'étanchéité à des poussées latérales. Des tampons absorbent les chocs aux extrémités des courses des plongeurs et assurent une décélération progressive de ces plongeurs. A chaque plongeur est associée une cage de nettoyage qui sert à recevoir le plongeur lorsqu'il est retiré hors de son fût.
