Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé et une installation de récupération de calories sur une centrale frigorifique en vue notamment de chauffer des locaux. Ce procédé consiste à utiliser un liquide caloporteur pour transporter les calories de récupération et est caractérisé en ce que récupération des calories et l'extraction des calories excédentaires pour achever la condensation du fluide frigorifique se font successivement sur le circuit de ce fluide. A cet effet on monte dans une installation frigorifique un deuxième condenseur 5 immédiatement en aval du compresseur 1. Ce condenseur 5 est refroidi par une circulation liquide passant à travers un échangeur 6 placé dans le flux d'air neuf introduit dans le bâtiment à chauffer. Le complément de condensation se fait dans le condenseur 2, habituellement monté sur la centrale et placé à l'extérieur du bâtiment. Des vannes électromagnétiques peuvent court-circuiter l'échangeur 6 et le condensateur 2.
