Abstract

8-Iodo-1-methyl-6-o-chlorophenyl-4H-s-triazolo 3,4-c - thieno 2,3-e 1,4 diazepine (I) and its acid-addn. salts are ne. In an example, (I) is prepd. from 8-iodo-6-o-chlorophenyl-1-methyl-thieno 2,3-f triazolo ,4-a 4,1- -oxazepine. (I) has anxiolytic, sedative and spasmolytic activity, it also increases feed uptake by mammals.
