a. Appareil permettant de couper en tranches, plus ou moins minces et d'une seule manoeuvre, les fruits, les abaisses ou galettes de pâte et certains légumes. b. Il est constitué par un cadre pivotant 2, pourvu de fils coupants 3 ou de lames, articulé sur un socle 1 sur lequel est disposée une grille-support 9 amovible et interchangeable, présentant une conformation en rapport avec le volume et la forme de la matière à couper, pour obtenir une coupe rationnelle. c. L'invention peut avantageusement être utilisée par les pâtissiers, les confiseurs, les charcutiers, et éventuellement servir comme appareil ménager.
