Abstract

The appts. has a frame which is supported at the rear by a wheel whose height is adjustable. Three attachment points are provided at the front for connection to a tractor lift linkage. A movable extractor (14) leads the plastic film to the shaft (2) for winding on. The shaft is connected to the tractor power take off shaft via a reduction gear and clutch mechanism comprising a belt drive system. The belt between pulleys (6.9) is slack and can be tensioned manually by a lever (13) to cause rotation of shaft (2). The rolled film is withdrawn rearwardly from the shaft.
