Abstract

Revêtement de surface pour paliers et analogues. Ce revêtement renferme un graphite présentant un rapport de la surface de plan fondamental à la surface des bords, mesuré par le rapport de la chaleur d'adsorption du n-dotriacontane à partir du n-heptane à la chaleur d'adsorption du n-butanol à partir du n-heptane, au moins égal à 5, de préférence compris entre 10 et 99. Le revêtement peut également renfermer un métal des colonnes I B, II B, III, IV, V et VIII du Tableau périodique, notamment du plomb. Application à la lubrification de paliers de types divers, par exemple des coussinets de paliers à billes, pour en réduire l'usure et en accroître la durée d'utilisation, notamment à des pressions comprises entre 0,01 et 1 torre.
