Abstract

The pseudo-ceiling fabric panels (2) may be of elongated rectangular form and may be suspended freely hanging from a long edge. A partic. application may be in creating the illusion of ceilings in the areas between stands in large exhibition halls. In this application panels may be hung at a common level, parallel to one another, and at longitudinal intervals along a corridor between two rows of stands. The panel is supported by a bar (1) through a sleeved eyelet which is incorporated in the longitudinal edge of the constituent fabric (2). The bar (1) is of a greater length than the panel (2) and can slide through the sleeve (2a) in the top edge. A bar of equal length to the panel may be incorporated in a sleeve (2b) in the lower edge. The support bars (1) may span between sub-structural members and successive mounted panels may have alternate ends hard up against the substructures.
