Abstract

Dispositif permettant d'assurer une alternance d'air et de vide dans des manchons de tétines de trayeuses mécaniques, avec un décalage du cycle entre ces dernières. Se compose d'un stator S fixé sur la canalisation de vide T et amenant sa dépression sur des orifices cencentriques face à des ouvertures reliées à des conduites allant aux tétines : t1 et t2. D'un rotor R entrainé par un moteur M comportant des cavités << ca >> reliées à la pression atmosphérique d'une part et d'autre part des cavités << cv>> ne débouchant que sur la face inférieure de forme oblongue. Comme pour le brevet principal le rotor applique sur le stator par la dépression s'exercant au niveau du plan de joint, mais les surfaces étant moins grandes, la résistance à l'avancement est plus faible. La pulsation est identique, avec des variations de débit plus importantes, les orifices pouvant être plus éloignés. Une des deux pièces étant réalisée dans une matiere offrant le coefficient de frottement le plus faible possible L'addition a le même but que le brevet principalement où une vanne à trois voies est nécessaire et plus particulièrement quand la haute pression est la pression atmosphérique
