Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition diététique pour régimes hypocaloriques enrichie en protides. La composition diététique pour régimes hypocaloriques enrichie en protides est constituée par un mélange de dextrose, de sucre de canne, de lait écrémé soumis à dessiccation et de concentré de protéines de soja avec un rapport valeur calorique des protides sur valeur calorique de la composition supérieur à 0,47. Cette composition est utilisée dans les régimes pour maigrir.
