Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé et un appareillage pour l'enrobage par solutions ou suspensions aqueuses. Le procécé de l'invention consiste à effectuer l'enrobage dans une turbine de dragéification en éliminant l'eau de la solution déposée sur les produits à enrober, par évaporation au moyen de micro-ondes. Enrobage ou dragéification de divers produits, notamment de produits pharmaceutiques ou de confiseries.
