Abstract

Corps céramique destiné à la réalisation de résistances non linéaires. Le corps fritté à base d'oxyde de zinc comprend essentiellement, en pourcentage molaire, 0,1 à 5 % d'oxyde de bismuth, 0,1 à 5 % d'oxyde de cobalt, 0,1 à 5 % d'oxyde de manganèse, 0,5 à 5 % d'oxyde d'antimoine, 0,1 à 5 % d'oxyde de zirconium et 0,1 à 5 % d'oxyde de bore, le restant étant constitué uniquement d'oxyde de zinc. Les céramiques obtenues sont principalement utilisées pour la fabrication des varistances sous forme de disques, de bâtonnets ou de plaquettes par traitement thermique oxydant
