Abstract

La présente invention est relative à un procédé de fabrication de comprimés ou pastilles de détergent, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à hydrater une première quantité d'un sel adjuvant à base de phosphate anhydre en présence d'une deuxième quantité de silicate de métal alcalin pour former une suspension aqueuse hydratée; à ajouter une troisième quantité d'un sel adjuvant à base de phosphate anhydre à la suspension hydratée pour former un mélange de mélangeur ; à sécher par atomisation ledit mélange de mélangeur pour former un matériau particulaire, le rapport en poids de ladite première quantité à ladite deuxième quantité étant de 1,5 à 5 environ, le rapport en poids de ladite première quantité à ladite troisième quantité étant de 0,3 à 0,7 environ, à combiner ce matériau particulaire avec de 2 à 40 % en poids environ d'un agent tensio-actif organique liquide ou liquéfiable pour former des perles de détergent, et à comprimer ce matériau pour former des pastilles cohérentes.
