Abstract

Procédé de manutention de matières premières disposées en tas et notamment pour extraire ces matieres premières d'un silo lorsque ce dernier est presque vide, et dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. Selon l'invention, un dispositif racleur 19 est actionné par un système de treuil 20 pour pénétrer dans le tas de matières premières; lorsque la résistance à la pénétration qui s'exerce en réaction contre l'organe racleur 19 atteint une valeur prédéterminée, un moyen de commande approprié inverse le sens de rotation du moteur électrique 26, ce qui provoque le retour en arrière de l'organe racleur 19 entraînant avec lui une certaine quantité de matières premières jusqu'à la goulotte d'évacuation 15. Le moyen permettant de déterminer la force de réaction sur l'organe racleur peut être constitué par un shunt inséré en série dans le circuit d'alimentation en puissance du moteur électrique.
