Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition stabilisée à base de prostaglandine et son procédé de préparation. La composition comporte un composé de prostaglandine du groupe E avec du lactate de calcium et/ou de l'amylopectine. La composition de la présente invention présente des effets physiologiques variés tels que le contrôle de la force de contraction de l'utérus, un effet hypotenseur, le traitement des ulcères, etc.
