Abstract

L'addition concerne un procédé de dépôt d'un cordon en élastomère ou thermodurcissable sur un support qui consiste à injecter à température ambiante l'élastomère ou le thermodurcissable à l'état visqueux (viscosité Mooney comprise entre 20 et 90) dans une cavité de moulage sur un support ayant vis-à-vis du matériau à déposer une adhérence supérieure à celle de la cavité et à effectuer la vulcanisation ou la polymérisation du cordon ultérieurement. La cavité de moulage est constituée par au moins une rainure formée sur le support. Application aux joints d'étanchéité fortement comprimés, par exemple les joints de culasse.
