Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour empêcher la substitution ou l'addition d'une feuille dans un acte instrumentaire, et l'acte ainsi obtenu. Selon le procédé de l'invention on perfore l'ensemble des feuilles de l'acte; on passe un ruban au travers de la totalité des perforations de manière à former au moins une boucle se fermant autour des bords le long desquels les feuilles doivent être reliées; on réunit les deux parties libres dudit ruban au-dessus d'une seule et même feuille; on colle sur ladite feuille une étiquette de manière à emprisonner les deux parties libres dudit ruban; on imprime sur ladite étiquette un cachet d'identification, et on procede à la mise en place de micro-perforations à la fois au travers de ladite feuille, de la couche de colle, des deux parties de ruban et de l'étiquette. Application aux actes notariés.
