Abstract

The junction block has an insulating housing comprising two parts (3, 4) between which the screw clamp connector (1) is located. The first part has a large base (5) that encloses the bottom part of the clamp connector and a top piece (7). The latter is joined to the base by a wall (6). The second part (4) is the mirror image of the top piece of the first part and keys into it such that one side of the clamp connector is exposed to admit the wire end.
