L'invention concerne un système déterminant le taux moyen vrai d'impulsions d'entrée. Il comprend des diviseurs par 4 D1-D6 et des registres d'intégration IRI-IR6 établissant une moyenne à plusieurs niveaux. Aux registres répond un circuit de meilleure estimation BE produisant une meilleure estimation du taux moyen vrai de l'information d'impulsions, correspondant à la moyenne du niveau d'établissement de moyenne à comptage complet le plus élevé. Utilisation pour le contrôle et la surveillance de rayonnements.
