Abstract
Utilisation of waste materials contg. combustible components, differing in compsn. and properties, takes place by a first volatilation and/or decompsn. and/or incomplete combustion process, directly combined with a 2nd process step in which the pyrolysis gases from the 1st step are burned, opt. together with standard fuels, in a heating chamber, esp. a combustion chamber, for heating, esp. burning, building raw materials, esp. opt. hydraulic binders. The quantity of the opt. supplied standard fuels is controlled, so as to control, adjust and monitor the total heating value of the pyrolysis gases and standard fuels. Control takes place by measuring the temp. and/or heating condition, esp. the degree of deacidification, of the building materials, heated, esp. binders, inside the heating chamber of the 2nd process step. Process is used for utilising wastes, differing esp. in water- and component content, which undergo endothermic reactions on heating, and/or deviate w.r.t. calorific value, e.g. plastics waste.
