Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de décoration sur verre minéral, laissant une transparence suffisante pour être utilisé notamment à la confection de verres de lunettes. Ce procédé consiste à réaliser les opérations ci-après : a. Nettoyage chimique et/ou mécanique des pièces à l'air libre, b. Nettoyage par effluvation ou plaque chauffante effectué sous vide à une pression d'environ 1 mmhg, c. Sublimation du métal de décor, chrome ou autre (aluminium, cuivre, or, etc.), sous pression supérieure à 5**10.4 mmhg, d. Sublimation de monoxyde de Silicium sous pression supérieure à 10-4 mmhg pour coloration des pièces, e. Mise en place sur les pièces de caches représentant le décor, f. Nouvelle sublimation de monoxyde de Silicium sous pression supérieure à 10-4 mmhg pour coloration Ce procédé s'utilise également pour des panneaux muraux décoratifs et/ou publicitaires, des vitrages de meubles, etc.
