Le montage est caractérisé en ce que toutes les positions de commutation ABF sont reliées à un organe de commande de positions PLS, qui, de même que la jonction du poste d'abonné, a accès au panneau de jonction KF et est relie en outre avec l'organe de commande centrale ZST et contrôle l'échange d'information entre la position de commutation ABF et l'organe de commande centrale ZST, de telle manière qu'en fonction de la direction de la communication extérieure, l'information d'appel sélectionné dans la position de départ ABF est soit convertie dans l'organe de commande de positions PLS et retransmise suivant le procédé d'appel utilisé dans les communications extérieures, soit retransmise sans modification, par l'organe de commande de positions PLS, vers l'organe de commande centrale ZST.
