Abstract

The labeller has a feed roller which carries a roll. The roll passes over the heating roller and enters the mould. From the mould it passes over the guide rolls before being rolled onto the storage roller. The four rollers are integral with the frame. The rollers are controlled by the photo-electric cell which allows the roll to move the requisite number of steps. The movable frame is brought into contact with the mould and the roll is heated to 115 degrees C in order to complete the labelling.
