Abstract

L'invention concerne les appareils de traction utilisés en médecine. L'appareil de l'invention comprend essentiellement un moteur electrique à courant continu 1 qui entraîne par l'intermédiaire d'un accouplement électromagnétique 3 un tambour 8 permettant d'enrouler ou de dérouler un câble de traction 9. Un circuit électronique commande le courant d'alimentation du moteur 1 de façon à faire varier progressivement, et selon une loi choisie à l'avance, la force de traction qu'exerce le câble. Application aux traitements médicaux par traction.
