Abstract

L'invention est du domaine des joints d'étanchéité pour réacteur nucléaire comportant une cuve avec des assemblages combustibles y positionnés, une entrée et une sortie pour la circulation d'un caloporteur, et une tête de fermeture comportant des bouchons tournants. Ce dispositif de joint mécanique actionnable est agencé dans la couronne autour de chaque bouchon pour fermer de façon étanche cette couronne lorsque le dispositif de joint est actionné, tout en permettant la libre rotation des bouchons respectifs lorsque le dispositif de joint n'est pas actionné, un dispositif de manoeuvre étant fixe à ce dernier pour le tirer sensiblement verticalement dans la couronne afin de fermer cette couronne de façon étanche. Application aux surrégénérateurs.
