Abstract

Terminal d'utilisateur à entrée de données par clavier et représentation des données par visuel, notamment un visuel à caractères. Selon l'invention, différentes options offertes à l'utilisateur (par exemple vitesse de réception ou de transmission des données) peuvent être sélectionnées et modifiées très rapidement Chaque paramètre est indiqué en binaire dans un registre 6 et transmis à l'unité de commande 4 du terminal par un microprocesseur 2 muni d'une mémoire 3. L'affichage des paramètres optionnels peut être commandé au clavier et toute modification indiquée de façon classique sur le visuel 1. Les changements appropriés dans la mémoire 3 et l'unité de commande 4 sont alors exécutés par le programme du microprocesseur.
