Abstract
The assembly of the prefabricated building elements produces a threadimensional framework comprised of vertical columns (10) supporting three beams (20a) (20b) (20c) disposed at 120 deg. to each other which form hexagonal cells. The columns of prefabricated reinforced concrete have an equilateral triangular cross section with a hollow centre, the reinforcement consisting of vertical bars (13) at the corners, linked by crossties (15). At the top of the columns the reinforcement is extended by cylindrical couplers (14) to provide a linkage with succeeding columns. The beams are also of prefabricated reinforced concrete with an inverted U-section and they are supported by the columns and encastred by in situ concrete. The beams support prefabricated floor slabs (32) which are covered with an in situ layer (30) of wire mesh (33) reinforced concrete.
