Abstract
La présente invention concerne des mousses de polyuréthanne. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement l'élimination de matériaux résiduels pouvant présenter un risque pour la santé dans les mousses hydrophiles. Ce but est atteint en incluant soit dans le mélange réactionnel dans le cas du procédé en une passe, soit dans le mélange de prépolymère et d'eau, dans le cas du procédé au prépolymère, un accepteur, plus particulièrement un isocyanate aliphatique tel que le 4,4 -méthylène-biscyclohexyldiisocyanate. L'invention est plus particulièrement utilisable pour la préparation de mousses pouvant venir en contact avec le corps humain, en particulier lors d'une utilisation en chirurgie.
