Abstract

L'invention concerne la radiographie. Il est décrit un appareil radiographique comprenant au moins une source de distribution de rayons X conçue pour irradier une région de section passant par une position de patient, et au moins une batterie de détecteurs sensibles à ces rayons et disposés de manière à recevoir des rayons sortant de ladite région, appareil caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend des moyens permettant de faire tourner en sens opposé la source et la batterie autour d'un axe passant par ladite région, à des vitesses angulaires respectives telles que l'on obtienne l'effet d'un va-et-vient pratiquement linéaire de la source et de la batterie relativement à ladite région. Application : tomographie en vue de diagnostics médicaux.
