Abstract

a. Procédé et appareil pour le traitement à hautes températures d'aliments pour réchauffer, rôtir ou griller de la nourriture. b. Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'un morceau de nourriture emballée est transféré du stockage qui est ouvert en bas et est placé sur une bande transporteuse à moteur comportant des organes de prise qui, grâce au mouvement de la bande amènent le morceau dans un four par une fente d'entrée de ce morceau, de façon à le présenter contre un organe de prise placé en dessous, et en ce que l'on chauffe alors le morceau par exemple au moyen de rayons infra-rouges, qui sort du four du fait que les moyens de prise se libèrent, ce morceau passant alors dans une fente de distribution située en bas du four.
