Abstract

La présente invention concerne les dispositifs de compensation volumétrique pour chambres de combustion de moteurs à combustion interne. Ce dispositif comprend un piston pouvant se déplacer dans un alésage débouchant dans la chambre de combustion du moteur. Ce piston est soumis, sur une de ses faces, à une pression d'huile variable. Dans un premier temps, cette pression d'huile est assurée par exemple par un dispositif de pressurisation d'huile comportant un clapet anti-retour. Dans un deuxième temps, cette pression d'huile est contrôlée par la pression commandable du gaz d'un moyen oléo-pneumatique. Cette pression du gaz est contrôlée par des moyens de pressurisation sensibles à des paramètres de fonctionnement du moteur. La course du piston peut être en outre commandée par des moyens mécaniques sensibles à d'autres paramètres de fonctionnement du moteur. Un tel dispositif trouve son application dans tous types de moteur à combustion interne et, plus particulièrement, dans les moteurs diesel.
