Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de filtrage de signaux à semi-conducteur. On conçoit un dispositif de préfiltrage à bande de fréquences basse 0 à f et à bande d'arrêt prescrites, avec chute entre les deux. Le préfiltre opère la recherche d'une moyenne pondérée des signaux d'entrée à cadence d'échantillonnage convenable, et transforme la moyenne en paquets de charges équivalents pour être injectés dans un dispositif à couplage de charges à semi-conducteur, monté sur la même puce et commandé par une fréquence d'horloge F. L'invention s'applique à la technique des communications.
