Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de visualisation à écran plat Cet écran plat se compose d'un support transparent 10, d'un injecteur d'électrons à jonction tunnel : couche métallique 11, barrière isolante 12, couche métallique 13, d'un écran image 14 capable de produire des centres colorés et d'un système d'électrodes 15 pour la formation sélective de ces centres colorés. L'invention s'applique à des systèmes où l'on désire obtenir une résolution élevée et un bon contraste.
