Abstract

Composition à base d'un polycarbonate aromatique thermoplastique. Elle est constituée d'un mélange de 100 parties en poids d'une résine de polycarbonate aromatique ignifuge, ayant un poids moléculaire moyen d'environ 12 000 à 45 000, d'environ 3 à 11 parties en poids d'une gomme de caoutchouc siliconique, et d'environ 0,1 à 1,0 partie en poids d'une résine de polytétrafluoroéthylène ayant une dimension particulaire moyenne d'environ 0,3 mu m à 650 mu m, et elle ne contient pas de durcisseurs. Cette composition résiste bien à la combustion, elle ne dégoutte pratiquement pas dans les essais de combustion, elle a une résistance au choc améliorée et elle se travaille bien. On peut la mouler à chaud par compression, injection ou extrusion
